Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and overlooked the beautiful garden and pool area with a view of the lake. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the pool area was lovely. The only downside was the noise from numerous ambulances passing by.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though overlooking waste bins and noisy due to the corner location, were still cozy and had adequate air conditioning. On the flip side, the large room with a scenic view of the garden, pool, and lake from the 4th floor was a definite highlight. The service was impeccable, with the staff being exceptionally friendly and going above and beyond, especially Esmie at the bar. The location was optimal, within easy reach of key areas around the lake and offering plenty of relaxation spots. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a varied selection of food, though some waiting time was required for certain items. The facilities were well-maintained and added value to the stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, offering views of the garden and the pool area by the lake. The shower enclosure was a bit small, but it didn't take away from the overall positive experience. The service, especially from Cristina and Sophie, was exceptional, they even prepared babychinos for breakfast. The location was perfect for easy access to Gardone with its shops, restaurants, and ferry services. The dining options, including gluten and dairy-free choices, were delicious and varied. The facilities were excellent, making my stay truly enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were very large and overlooked the garden area and the pool, offering stunning views of the lake. The service provided by the Australian woman and her team of predominantly British staff was more like being with family than just interacting with hotel staff. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby Gardone with its shops, restaurants, and easy access to the ferry. The dining experience was very good, with a combination of hot and cold options to choose from. The facilities were top-notch and exceeded my expectations.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although clean with a lovely view over the garden and swimming pool, lacked certain amenities like a mirror, shelf in the bathroom, and sufficient hangers in the wardrobe. The disabled shower provided caused inconvenience as the staff couldn't accommodate a room change. However, the location was lovely with amazing views over the lake.
